Nice once hooked up

It was awful to hook up!! Called net gear and was not hooked up properly. Took three visits from our internet provider to finally getting it working properly. Your instructions were not good. I do like the product once hooked up probably.

Poor Range

Upgraded to this NG AC1750 router and have been very disappointed in its range. We do not have a large house, but reception is spotty.

Overall seems okay

Seems to work well. Set up was quite difficult because I could not download the app since I did not have WiFi connection. Spent two hours on the phone with my internet provider trying to troubleshoot. Also since switching to this router I cannot access google or gmail from my laptop.

Very easy router to install and definitely provides the speeds I was wanting.I am getting 460Meg down on the LAN connections and the WiFi is quite fast as well.

Unfortunately we had to download an update the first day we installed even though it was brand new. Works great now but disappointing that a brand new router would require an update right off the bat when connected

Best thing ever did! The installation of this product extremely easy, the instructions were very easy to follow. The speed and who is accessing the Wi-Fi are very easy to see on my iPhone.
