Poor/lack of instructions

If it hadn’t been for tech support from my cable company, I’d have a paperweight. Sadly, the quick setup that manufacturer’s think they provide only works if you’re tech savy. Likely wouldn’t buy this brand again.

A Problem Looking for a Solution

The XR300 is jam packed full of features that unfortunately throttle the capacity of the router to such a degree that purchasing any other netgear router will be a better solution.

Spectrum does not support this modem even though it specifically indicated that it does.

After 3 calls with people who didn't understand English and were trying to read from a script, I gave up, called my cable company and PAID to have it hooked up. Was told never to buy your product again.
