Second one that has shut down within a year Devices will connect but no internet. Name of router also reset to default

I bought this abiut a month ago thinking that I will get a better network.
But instead a got router with 60ping min and usually 90ping.
Even my huawei router was better than this router I would usually get like 40ping with the old one so I don’t really recommend it to anybody.I ran a speed test too40ms and 8mbs.

This product is amazing! Had to replace my old device since we had to add more electronics after the holidays and the old one couldn’t keep up. This new device is everything we could ask for. We are never disconnected from the internet if we are all on it at the same time. It is a breeze to watch a movie all the way through without it buffering. You can download the app to the router and manage all your devices from your phone. The plus is this router allows you to download another app called circle, it lets you put restrictions on your children’s devices so they can stay safe. I will definitely recommend this to my family and friends!

Can’t get working

I had read a lot of good reviews on this product that’s why I went with it but I can’t get it to connect with the wifi and have done everything that I could! I’m sure if I could get it to work it would be great!
