Waiting for Netgear to help get it working. Seems they tried everything and still not right. Now after unknown time on phone with techs waiting for “SR Tech to call me?

PING ATTACKS

Ran for 2 hours before started have no upload speeds due to ping attack. Reinstalled the ac1600 I had upload speeds came back and ping attacks stopped. Wish I would have just saved the money and never bought the ac1750. A refund would be awesome.

The item I bought would not connect to my service provider. It took 2 days and 5 people to finally tell me to get a new one.

Frequently disconnects

I bought this modem router as an upgrade to old router. It frequently disconnects so ended up going back to old router

Unreliable

The 2.4ghz channel won’t work, but the 5G channel works fine. Tried everything to fix but still don’t work.

NO Warranty NO Customer Service

Router portion quit working 93 days after purchase (77 days after Retailer install). Netgear avoided1 year warranty coverage by long holds, reps pretending to not understand English, transferring calls to another department, then hanging up call. If beyond 90 days of purchase date, you must purchase extended tech support to get help by chat, email, or telephone. Their response to warranty replacement is to return item to retail store where purchased. That is not possible as retail store has strict 14 day return policy. Netgear customer support is ZERO!!!

Returned Netgear router after 7 days. Had to reboot it several times a day. Even updated firmware, online help. It would not stay with internet, could not connect devices. So guess I got a bad one.

router with the new AC 1750.
It was a recommendation from the Cable company. Our performance / faster internet.
