I actually own the upgrade version, R8000 which I love. I had the R6400 prior, so I am using this one as a extender to give me broader coverage. I have owned others, but always come back to Netgear.

I’ve had this for over a year and it has performed better than I could have hoped. I have anywhere from 3 - 7 things streaming/using WiFi at any given time and rarely face a lag. Only considering upgrading because I just increased my speed with Comcast to the 400mbps package and it’s not giving me that speed.

Speed with no lag

I have 3 cellphones, tablet, an Xbox 360 and Xbox One connected to the wifi. Web pages pop right up and no lag at all, especially on the Xbox One playing online.

Incredible range. Reliable speeds

I’ve tried several routers as we live in a house with a daylight basement. The foundations and many walls are concrete and difficult for a signal to penetrate. Not for the Nighthawk. This router covers our entire house. Thank you netgear.
