Poor Signal Extension - low speeds

I followed the instructions and got the extender connected with the router, but even though the extender is close and the WiFi signal is strong the speed/ping is much less consistent than the main router.

This router meets my needs for reliable and stable streaming connection. Works excellent with my TVs, Theater room and Office Video meetings. I would highly recommend this router.

Netgear modem/router

First off; your customer service is excellent. I had problems setting up my self activation through Cox cable. I finally gave up and called Netgear. The gentleman I spoke to helped me register my product, explained how it works, very patient and knowledgeable. My internet is working fine. Thank you for a great product and reasonably priced.

The connection is not stable.

The connection is not stable. Sometimes WiFi connection will be out of work for about 10 secs.

When I turn on this this mesh extender, all my devices showed full WiFi through the house, but there is no connectivity anywhere in the house. Once unplugged, we have the same range issues, but at least we can use the WiFi. It is paired with a Netgear Cable Modem/Router so should have no problems- Customer Support did not help.
