Great purchase !

We had one of the Valet Plus for years and loved it. Simple setup etc. Upgraded to this Netgear and it is awesome. The setup is visual and easy, the speed is about 5x what the Valet Plus was with the newer technology and the price is really great. Could have spent twice as much but really not necessary as this absolutely does the job. Not a gamer but I work online and use multiple computers and big programs so this really helps me get through my day more quickly. Thank you !

Reliable, fast, easy set up

So far (2 weeks) the R6400 has been great. Its signal is much stronger and more reliable than the Verizon router it replaced, although it still needs to be placed somewhere central to be able to use WiFi reliably anywhere in the house. Setup was clear and easy - good written instructions provided, and while it doesn't have the most user-friendly interface, it definitely doesn't have the worst either. Very nice touch: you can turn off all but one of the very bright lights on the router.

Netgear AC1750

This router was so easy to set up. It took under 10 mins. The product came with everything shrink-wrapped and neatly placed in the box. The router came with a guide on how to set up the router as well as how to activate and connect the Netgear app that comes with the newer models. As someone who has not needed to use an app for controlling my internet, it was nice to get a little set-up guide that made it easy! Definitely would recommend to others who are looking for just a wifi router.

Very Good Router

This Router is Awesome! I've been in the Netgear family for a while now, I've had the N600 and the white one before that! I've actually just updated the native app to Nighthawk (Super useful even measures your speed) but!! When I measured my speed I always get a consistent 216 mbps.. (200 plan from spectrum) this includes 10 Amazon devices, a PS4, Xbox1, Nintendo switch, my Sony smart tv... basically about 25 devices. Plus some on my netgear range extender. Speedy just the way I like it!

Incredible Wi-Fi Router!

The AC 1750 Smart Wi-Fi Router is a must have for all networking purposes! It provides incredible downloading speed with a very wide range network span at a low and reasonable price. Never once have I had an issue with this router or any other Netgear product I have purchased! This router works perfectly for online gaming even when there are multiple devices streaming/downloading simultaneously! I highly recommend investing in one of these routers as it is a must have for home/business networking!

AC1750 The Scoop

I love this WiFi router. Easy to setup. Has 2 modes for wide coverage lower speed and shorter coverage higher speed. The phone apps work great and was interesting to see the traffic load. A great replacement for my old Linksys router. I burned it in using 3 connection for 24 hours and was please no dropped connections and good throughput for the my Nvidia Shield TV, Dell laptop and iPhone. So far so great! In summation, yes I would purchase the AC1750 again and will recommend to all my friends.

Before I got this router I actually bought a link sys router. Biggest. Mistake. Ever. I could never get the thing to stay connected, and if you moved more than 20 ft away devices wouldn't even find it. I returned it after a week and got this Netgear router. Setup was a breeze, and right away it was performing better than the Linksys. I've even dug into the advanced settings and setup a media server using my external hard drive. Even setting that up was easy! Overall great product, would definitely recommend.

I have a cable company Internet provider I went out and got the Netgear cable modem and I use this AC 1750 router I have two daughters and myself I stream Six security cameras and also a dove with 4 additional cameras from the house My daughter are always streaming from the web and this router has Ben fabulous .. and easy to set up and lastly net gears monitoring software gives me the ability to individually remove/block devices on my network.
Ps I was even able to do port forwarding without being an 'IT' guy.
