weak security

Length of ownership:1 year or longer
I got this modem router combo 1 years - 3 months and after 1years - 3 months is having this combo now has weak security problems because it only haves wps2 not wps3 which is new and secured. I am really disappointed. and I am also having drop WIFI signal problem where the Wi-Fi gets stopped and it does not work for 5-10 mins (i have talk to my cable provider Xfinity and they said everything is working very nice from out end). if this happened 3 months before I would have replace it under the warranty, I am really disappointed to be honest.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

AC1750 extender review

It connects to modem well, but it keeps having internet fails. All devices would loose internet connection. And no it’s not our modem, it has been tested properly. May return product.

Worst experience possible

I wanted to upgrade from old 100 Mbps. I purchased the Netgear AC1750 to upgrade to access the upwards of 500 Mbps my ISP delivers. After multiple setting changes and six hours of troubleshooting phone calls between myself, my ISP, and Netgear the Netgear rep gave up and said the modem was not working and to return it. Just my luck I can’t find the receipt so I have a new paper weight.

Great Router

I have had no issues since I purchased this router. I boot it once a month as I do all routers and no issues. It was really easy to set up. All routers I have ever purchased had been by NETGEAR.

This hasn’t worked for me at all.When Screaming I’m still getting a lot of buffering. So far this has been a wast of money.

A must have for war zone

I have only ever only used the Basic set up the Internet company provided me. After blowing several Brain aneurysms watching the kill cam for war zone I finally decided to do something about it. I’m not a great player I would be lucky to get a win a week but after getting this router im getting a win a day! Getting this has saved my life lol.

Extender repeatedly couldn’t find my WiFi even though other devices at home could. I twice reset and then set up but had the same results. I’m returning for a refund.
