Absolutely junk

Tried everything to get this router to work and after an hr and half waiting for tech support i ended up returning the router

Despite spending 2 hours with Tech Support Router did not work. Returned and bought a different brand

Worth every penny

This product works phenomenally. I was hardly getting any wifi in the upstairs portion of my home. Once I hooked this up the speed of wifi I now get upstairs is unbelievable. I also love that there is a user-friendly app that made the process very simple.

Unstable and fails often

I've had this item for several months. First it had a problem which meant over 1.5 hrs on support. They replaced the unit.The replacement has been more of the same. Once set up and working well it fails after a few days.So much restating and nonsense. I'm moving on and going to another router. My Cisco was a breeze compared to this thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Intel Puma 6 Chip makes product lose connection

I am on my replacement product and the problem still persists. I lose connectivity for 5 minutes 1 or 10 times a day. My internet provider came various times and told to change the product. I do not know what to do at this again.

Made Network Worse

This range extender added to coverage in my home but slowed down my entire network. I was getting 200mbps download speed before I added the extender. With the extender, I am only getting 5mbps down. I will soon return this device if I dont see any improvement.
