I have had this particular Modem Router combination box for several years. Hardly any issues. Often times with my ISP itself and not the box directly. Being a fantastic product, I am heartbroken that after so long, the dual channel functionality finally gave way. It has been 5 years and know technology is prone to wearing down. Though I will give it credit for lasting as long as it has! Still using the 5Ghz channel WiFi just fine!

Router was easy to install and setup for my use and setup a guest use option; I have a laptop, iphone and 5 TVs using wirelessly with not interruption/buffering/etc. Guest access the wifi as well and have no issues.

This is the easiest modem/router ever. Tying into my xfinity internet was a breeze. It was up and running within minutes. Buffering with this unit is non existent.
When it comes time for me to upgrade, NETGEAR will be my first and only choice.

While initial setup needed the router reset twice, once setup was complete and setting my up repeater to the new router everything works nicely. the wireless communication on it works nicely.
overall i'd give the device a 4/5 just due from setup problems and the idea of needing to use the app that didn't want to work for setup.
