I had a Netgear 15 ....thought it was broke. COME to find out COX was the entire problem laying Fiber Optic cable in our area. BUT since i have the New Netgear up and RUNNING, I am keeping it. The Technical support Man helped me and we laughed and GOT alone fine. He was very patient. Now to register and Yes i purchased a 2 year warranty.

I read the instructions and it was easy to install. Has not been offline except for the 1 times COX was down ....

Product is slim and sleek which is very attractive and fits the needs of a small apartment. I had to reboot my router several times for it to connect to the internet service in my new apartment - not sure if that is a router issue or an issue with my internet service.

Great Product Crappy Room

I got this router as I am using Netgear mesh networks at a few of my businesses and needed something for one of my studios. The ceiling in this studio is absolutely wild and very rough on wifi signals. I have been having issues finding the right location for this router but I'm testing a few ideas as I go. I'm so excited to have more Netgear products on my app to track issues.
