My household resides in a tri-level dwelling. Normally if we’re on the first or third level, we get dropped internet because of the location of the modem on the second floor. Now that I hooked up our router, we never have to worry about dropped anything.

I actually love netgear products however I have had issues with this modem restarting or having to reset it frequently. I'm not sure if it's just a malfunction in this particular one because I had one previously that was fantastic.
