I have been more than happy with my Netgear products. Recommended to my sister and I just bought my 2nd wifi router. I’m also using a Netgear modem. Love both!

Netgear router modem combo

My AC1750 wifi combo works great. It is also more compact and therefore less wires than having separate units. I highly recommend it.

Was time to replace old modem/router. This one was easy to set up with my ISP. WiFi speed is fast, and seems to be an improvement over what we had before

Small device that’s easy to setup

I got a pretty good deal on this extender and I think it did a decent job extending my wife. We have thick walls in my house and I just need to extend a little further and this did the job. My router is also netgear which I think made the setup a lot easier. The nighthawk app makes it super simple to set up and keep track of my Wi-Fi setup

Buying extended warranty to fix simple issues

When power went out, my modem/router stopped working after the power came back and my neighbors had no problems with their wi fi. Called support and I was told the problem will be easy to fix but I had to buy their extended warranty since my warranty I got with my initial purchase had just expired (90 days?). All I had to do was change my password, then support contacted my provider who reconnected me and my modem worked. I don’t know what else support did but it seems what had to be done was not a justification for having to purchase an extended warranty. Simple fixes should not require a warranty purchase. Support should be able to make simple fixes for free. It just made me feel like the short warranty period is designed to force customers to buy their warranty for simple fixes.
