It works alright

The router works well once set up, but I had difficulty getting it to set up. Had to download an app and spend 30 minutes creating passwords and accounts then updating the router all of which using my cell data. The router wouldn't put out wifi until I had done all that which was a hassle. Since then it has worked fine, but it would have been nice to simply plug it in and it works.

I replaced an old router with a Netgear router. I really had no idea how to connect so I called the number provided. The agent was very helpful and talked me through every step. He stayed with me until I was properly connected. The router has increased the coverage in our house and is very reliable. We are very happy and highly recommend it.

I purchased my NETGEAR AC 1750 after a competitor’s product failed to perform. It was easy to install and the Nighthawk app keeps me informed about everything WiFi. Great product, great price!

Better than our old one

This modem router is much better than our old one, but once you leave the room the router is in, the signal strength goes from excellent to fair. It is supposed to cover a home over 2000sq ft. My home is only 1400 sq feet. I was hoping for strength to be closer to excellent in the entire home.
