So far the initial setup was the hardest part and getting the settings to link with the nighthawk app. Once that got figured out it has been much more stable than my previous router, with a strong signal than before.
We replaced at AC-1200 net gear.

I've been using it for 2 years and I haven't had to reset the router. The router comes with a simple app and a simple setup. There are lots of features in the app!

I was initially disappointed with the router, but found out it was the IP. The folks at Netgear support were extremely patient, and explained technological language to me in a way that I could understand fully. Thank you for a great and FAST product!
