Works Well, Annoying Set Up

I love the extender it works so well. But the set up was obnoxious. The app kept losing the signal, I was supposed to keep it in the same room for set up and then when I moved it I had t reset it up again. Would I get another? Yes. Would I give myself 30 minutes to set up something that seemed much easier, also yes

I received my router about 10 days ago, and so far I'm really happy with the product. I had an issue setting it up, so I called their customer service. And the woman I spoke to was very nice and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and helped me,quickly, set up my router. Since I set it up, I've had no issues. It's been reliable, and my internet speed it great. I think the best part of my purchase is the app. I am able to check my internet speeds, use parental control, and manage my device easily and efficiently. This is a really good product.

Thought it was easy after downloading app. Has a much better reach throughout my house than the ATT router that came with the service.

I am an Asian. I am not familiar with the network settings here.
But when the network is opened, the router function can be handled smoothly by following the app

Have used Netgear routers for years. Last one died after a lightening strike so bought the AC1750. It works great!

It took a while to figure out the final steps of installation. The instructions are to vague and missing some key info. We had a friend that was a trouble shooter help us figure it out. But, after installing, the router works great, we have had no interruptions of service since installing. We are able to stream from our firestick with no problem.
