Not very user friendly

The equipment wasn’t very user friendly initially but once I downloaded the app it worked better. I’m still having a difficult time connecting remotely but the equipment is better than renting so it’s worth all the hassle I’m experiencing.

They spent over and hour and a half with me on the phone doing a factory reset of the router and setting multi-level authentication!!!
