Too much to deal with

It is too much to have to be working on. I spent the better part of 2 days trying to get it to work only to find out that it isn’t compatible with my Inter services. But in the time that I managed to connect it for a bit, it did work well, then it disconnected and I couldn’t do anything. Setting up from the app for the device is simple to navigate but at a certain point you hit a dead end and have to start all over and needs to be fixed

Our new Netgear Router works great and we don't seem to be having any issues with this piece of equipment itself (of course getting Comcast to cooperate is a totally different story)
