Great router

Bought this router at the recommendation of a sales associate, who said this is exactly what I needed for an internet signal throughout my house. And he was right. My old router kept buffering upstairs and downstairs, but this new router has fixed the problem and I can now watch TV without any disruptions. Very happy with this router!

NETGEAR AC1750 used as an access point

I purchased the NETGEAR AC1750 to be used as an access point. I ran a cable from my source to the router and setup the router in AP mode per documentation. The setup was seamless and well documented. The other half of my house now enjoys the same wi-fi signal strength as the devices near the router.

This is a powerful router. You have to set up the Nighthawk app to finish setting up the router, bur it was quite easy.

I have Xfinity as my provider and the instructions were catered to that company, which was very nice. The setup only took about 10 minutes and the wifi has worked great so far.
