Okay- not fast

It was easy to set up except for the xfinity part (which was typical xfinity-level challenging). It works consistently. My only complaint is that it takes longer than I expected for it to load. I replaced a rental item from xfinity that this is supposedly an exact match for, and it definitely is lagging when compared to that device.
