It seems to be working ok. The night hawk app needs me to sign in over and over again when changing settings and we had some connection issues but I'm not sure if that was the modem or the isp so I won't fully blame them.

Frustrating

Will not connect to my devices. I have rebooted, reset and reloaded this thing at least 4 times. It will NOT connect to my internet. I have no TV, no tablet or computer. It has hooked up to my phone, my wireless speaker and (apparently) some wifi enabled light bulbs in the basement. I have visited all the websites suggested to fix it and called my internet provider to make sure they didn't need to do something. I am at a loss.

On day two I experienced a WI FI network outage requiring a Tec Service call to resolve and a sales pitch from the technician to purchase a Tec service plan. Over the next 7 days, have lost the WI FI network three times requiring powering down the router and restarting. Now I am getting emails from Netgear pitching network security plans. This router does not have the range of my previous router.
I want and expect a router that doesn't need Tech service or lose the WI FI network. Currently in the process of replacing this router with one from the same manufacturer as my previous router.

I think that it works well enough, I was not blown away by the coverage but it boosts the wifi signal enough for me to use my phone in rooms I wasn't able to before we got the extension.
