NETGEAR modem and router

We purchased the router to replace Spectrum equipment that we were struggling to get working. We haven’t had any issues with our internet since we installed the NETGEAR modem and router.

AC1750 Cable Modem Router

The cable modem router is duel connection with one of them a 5G for super fast connections. We usually have two phones and two streaming connections going all the time. No slow connection at anytime.

Works good

I’ve only had it for about a week because my old one wasn’t sufficiently working. My first time getting a combo router/modem all-in-one. It works ok. It’s not as strong as my old one which was only a modem; I had separate routers. When I watch HBOMax, I tend to lose signal once in a while. That has never happened when I had a separate modem and router. I’ll give it more time before I switch it. It’s certainly less crowded of cords everywhere with the combo unit.

Can’t tell if it’s working

This item was a gift and is very hard to install for a 71 year old. My iPhone app is very hard to tell if it working. I’ve had to adjust my iPhone after connecting to be able to use at a different site. Seems to work but at times still have problems with iphone an one smart tv.
