Great connection

For the most part our router has been great, providing good wifi connection. Every once in a while the devices will have a hard time staying connected (eg phones, streaming services) but they’ll usually connect back quickly without much delay. Overall, very satisfied with this product

Fantastic Upgrade

I have used Arris for years, mainly because they are inexpensive and get the job done. I have always heard great things about nighthawks and I knew it was time for an upgrade. The setup process was incredibly simple, the built in security features are a great plus for families, and the ability to access the router remotely, as well as receive alerts when a device has joined the network just the perfect cherry on top. I am finally getting the most out of the internet speeds that I pay for, and every device in the house has a solid connection, even the ones farthest away. As expected, I lose a bit of speed on wifi vs plugged in directly with ethernet, but I don’t lose near as much speed as I did with my Arris. I am extremely happy with this product and even went ahead and got one for my brother’s home as well!
