I got the product, so far pretty easy to use, the app let me set it up but I have to wait for my apartment in order to make my wifi work.

It has dropped the internet connection twice a day EVERY SINGLE DAY since the day I bought it. The drops are timed a little over 12 hours apart. And no, it's definitely not Cox. This thing sucks!

Great connection

For the most part our router has been great, providing good wifi connection. Every once in a while the devices will have a hard time staying connected (eg phones, streaming services) but they’ll usually connect back quickly without much delay. Overall, very satisfied with this product
