I’m not extremely tech savvy even it comes to modems, cables, and so on but the directions and app made the install very easy! I just plugged it in, followed the steps, and it finished the rest. Highly recommend!!!

Thankfully the Netgear router was fairly easy to install. I’m not a tech savvy person but was able to connect without too many problems! Would highly recommend!

No setup instructions!

Setting up a router is not intuitive and there are no instructions in the package. I had a computer expert come over to help and it still took us 2 hours. So far the wifi and router appear to be working well.

I was very pleased with my encounter with Netgear...They were extremely patient and stayed on the line with me for what seemed like an hour...so awesome ...The customer technical service was amazing...I will be purchasing more Netgear for my son and his wife
