I purchased this equipment so I could return the one provided by Spectrum. So now I can stream TV in all of our rooms due to better equipment. Very pleased with the purchase!

Slow Speed, Not East to Install

I had to do the installation over a few times before it worked. When it did, I got very slow speed (under 1MB/s).

WFH GREAT SPEED

This modem/router as surpassed my expectations! WFH is awesome, I have had no issues since upgrading to this product! Streaming for the rest of the house is on point. I was even able to set up guest WiFi so when people come over they don’t have the main WiFi password.

So far so good but did hit a snag

I hit a snag about four or so months after initially buying this item. I’m grateful that the problem was solved by customer service and now my item works. 3 star rating reflects having to pay for additional support service and tech service after a certain length of time.
