We couldn't get the 2.4 to work but customer service really truly is amazing. They are patient and nice and easy to get in touch with. After a hard reboot everything was working as it should.

After a little trouble getting it to connect, it's working just fine. I needed it to connect my outdoor camera and doorbell. The cinder block walls were causing multiple disconnections. It now connects to my 5G network almost flawlessly.
