Complicated. Not user friendly

Product hard to set up. Hard to connect to internert. Drops out and disappears from network easily. Woukd not buy this again. Nighthawk app is not helpful. Spent hours on this and finally gave up and reactivated older slower router.

Ok, modem router

We purchased the “stronger” router as we have two floors and previously had some dead zones in the house. We hopes this would do the trick but it really didn’t.
The set up was very quick and easy and I like the ability to modify the router with an app. However having multiple routers due to having more than one location is not super easy to adjust.

Netgear Nighthawk aka AC1750 is an excellent router. We utilize these for 12 different retail store locations. The wifi connection is solid and good. Occassional resets, but the ease of use and access has been perfect for our needs.
