The product itself is amazing and once you get it working works fabulous. The only negative point was that the instructions were not very clear. After hooking it up you have to configure it on the app before it starts to work which was nowhere in the instructions that came in the box. This being my first time having to set up a router was a struggle. I didn’t even realize until I just was playing around with the app trying to get the dang thing to work. But other than that it works great and gets a signal throughout a pretty large house. Would recommend to others.

hackers with complete control of my computer with an app locked into my registry. 1st guy did OK, but left items blocked... 2nd guy was brilliant

Difficulty Connecting to University Wi-Fi

I had to have a university override (took hours) since most new computers don’t have an Ethernet connection outlet for an Ethernet cable. The university had to manually connect my router to the system. It was tedious, time consuming, and a real pain. Besides that, though, my connection is very strong and connects to everything in my apartment. My Smart T.V. had to be wired to the router, though, because the router couldn’t find the Smart T.V., so that was another annoyance.
