My issue was with installation, which took me 4 hours in total to get the system up and running by calling Xfinity and Netgear customer support. However, once installed, I have no issues and feel it's a great modem.

What can I say, this was probably the best internet/Wi-Fi/convenient products I ever bought. Don’t have to pay a rental fee, easy install and extremely smooth Wi-Fi !! Won’t regret it.
