Good modem, excellent c service

I bought the modem because ours wasn’t working good, so far the product works better then the old one, I had problems connecting my TiVo n adapter, I called the TiVo they didn’t want to offer customer support because my product was older (even though I bought it with lifetime service) I called the cable company they couldn’t do anything neither, finally after 3 days of frustration I decided to call Netgear, the technician did everything possible to help and after a few unsuccessful attempts to access, she told problem was the TiVo n adapter being to old for my modem, everything else on my house was working with the new modem , she suggested to buy a wifi extender with a Ethernet port access do that TiVo adapter was used downstairs very far away from the modem, and it was the easy and fast solution. I’m very happy with Netgear customer service the girl was awesome, polite, attentive and very patient.

All is working with the new router and I’ve updated my devices with the new password. I only wish my old Net Gear router would have lasted longer as it failed in a year.

My previous router had intermittent internet disconnects, which was getting really annoying. I’ve had this router in place for a week now without any problem whatsoever. It’s a solid piece of equipment!
