Received help setting up a new modem/router, never a fun thing to do. The man who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly had a little trouble under standing him but he talked slow and as clear as he could. We finished quickly and I was happy to have it up and running

I like that it stands up allowing better airflow to prevent over heating better. Standard plug, scan and play. So far no issues.

It worked perfectly right out of the box. Using the nighthawk app I was able to quickly set up the device and get back online with ease. I would recommend this router to anyone who doesn’t want to pay rental fees from any internet provider. It works just as good if not better!
