Set-Up Connectioon

At this juncture the router/modem is working well. We have had Netgear products in the past and wanted to continue with a familiar brand. The only issue was getting our mobile devices and tablets to connect, we first had to use our laptop to change/create a network name and password (the required screen never showed up on our portable devices).

Disconnects daily

I have had nothing but problems with this modem/router. Every day getting disconnected. Won’t except the password that is clearly on the router itself. I will be returning it to the store
