Does the job but could be better

I had to replace my old cable modem so I got this netgear. For the price I would think it was smarter and better than my old ASUS modem. You can only connect to the modem if you are on it WiFi. I can not disable the WiFi since it is not even close to my eero mesh WiFi speed. This is expensive for that it is and a step down from my ASUS modem where I would get internet report and could block traffic and site.

NETGEAR AC1750 WiFi Mesh Extender (EX6250) Review

I've installed the product and honestly it is okay- the coverage signal doesn't seem that much better, and I still disconnect from the router when in the area around the extender. It is better because without it I wouldn't connect to the router at all, but overall I wish it wouldn't drop the connection at all. It is located one floor below the router, almost exactly below it.

Decent Modem-Router

Very easy to set up and configure. Intuitive security features. Fairly decent range (3,200 sq-ft) when placed in the center of the house. Easy to monitor using the Nighthawk app. Overall, pretty satisfied with the AC1750 modem/router.

Beyond good and reliable

I recently purchased the NETGEAR AC1750 and it was beyond expectations and have never had issues with NETGEAR products. With all other similar products on the market, my first choice will always be with NETGEAR products with networks.
