Works well

Worked well for 5 months, then the wifi quit. My internet provider showed me it was the router malfunction, but Netgear support took over an hour on the phone to prove it. But in the end, they let me swap for a replacement.
This one does work better than the cable modem Xfinity rented to me.

Works with Xfinity internet. This is a much better deal than renting their equipment. Netgear Customer service was extremely helpful during set up process.

Netgear Cable Modem Review

I’ve had this modem for a week now and I have noticed a significant speed increase from my previous one. There are still times when my Apple TV buffers upstairs trying to stream, but not even close to how much my previous modem had to buffer. It is also very convenient to only have one piece of equipment instead of the modem and router being separate.

Tried competitors model of same specifications. Could not connect to it after hours on chat and multiple resets. Net gear up and running in less than 10 minutes. Good range.

After 7 years my old Netgear router stopped working. It was time to upgrade! Works well, great speeds. No problems with streaming and gaming at the same time!
