No real extended coverage

Plugged in the unit and really didn't see much additional coverage. Streaming is still splotchy. Television still drops out.

Love my Netgear!

I am not technically savvy. This product was recommended to me and I bought it. What a fantastic choice. It was fairly easy to install, especially with a very patient IT tech on the other end of the phone line.

Not to use Chrome to set up

I could not change admin password. It would have saved me hours of frustration if there were clearly notice on instruction to use Microsoft Edge to do this task.

Work intermittently

I have two stories home with 1980sq feet living space. My cable modem Wi-Fi combo is up stair. My cameras and other devices got weak signal so I decided to purchase the Netgear mesh. Base on my research this device would fulfill my needs It worked for couple weeks BUT then my outdoor cameras and other devices down started to lose Wi-Fi signal from Netgear. I have to reboot the Netgear multiple times within a month. Don’t have time for the troubleshooting. So planning to return to try with different model. I don’t know if Netgear would do a two weeks testing and monitoring the device signal. If they do then They would have seen the issue.

Great WiFi Cable Modem Router

Affordable and Easier than Renting

I love my new router Modem. I bought mine refurbished for the same price as 3 months renting through Xfinity. The settings are easy to access through the app, and it set up was simple but no instructions were provided.
