Router fine, phone app terrible

First attempt to install with the phone app did not work. The second attempt did work but only lasted for 30 minutes. The first attempt with phone consultation lasted 35 minutes, was dropped, and I was never called back. The second attempt lasted for over an hour and it did work. Both consultants were extremely hard to understand.

Once fully set up, everything seems to be working just fine. I also enjoy the nighthawk app, makes it very easy to do updates, parental control, and change your password.

Need more details on troubleshooting.

The engineering is fine. The router works as expected. I had a few problems and there were not enough detailed instructions on troubleshooting. I am sure this is because they want you to purchase their support service.
