So easy

Not very reliable

Since our purchase, it keeps loosing internet here and there. It happens several times in a day. Sometimes, it will last only a few seconds and other times, I have to disconnect and reconnect.

I had some challenges installing the equipment, which Netgear tech support did an excellent job of helping me through. Since then, I have had strong, Stable WiFi and am completely happy that I bought the system.

After set up OK

Not easy to set up. Had to hire a computer tech and he took a while to figure it out. Once working just fine. Ot all of us are experts and can down load directions due to poor area for phones without internet

We have never had Wifi at our house. We always had so many medical bills. Now that we have our rainbow baby she loves GooGaa so it’s time for wifi to be able to watch it. We love how easy it was to connect and how fast it is. We are glad we got Netgear!
