More cooking for same footprint

I think the design and placement of the 5 burners is quite good. This cooktop fits in the same space as our old 4 burner cooktop. IOW, more burners for the same footprint.

Love the cooktop but I would prefer that when first started it was on low heat and not high.

I do love this cooktop although I’m a little shocked that it seems that the knobs are ‘melting’. Thought quality for Cafe series would have been better

Is there a recall on the brass knobs? The paint is chipping and looks cheap. Do you offer touch up paint?

Knobs melted

Three months new and the knobs discolored and chipping. Knobs melted!! For the higher end of GE and as much as these stoves cost I would expect crème de de la crème but it was completely the opposite. Cafe I hope you can resolve this issue for me. It’s only right if you are about putting customer first.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
