Nice cooktop

Love the cooktop but I would prefer that when first started it was on low heat and not high.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I do love this cooktop although I’m a little shocked that it seems that the knobs are ‘melting’. Thought quality for Cafe series would have been better

Is there a recall on the brass knobs? The paint is chipping and looks cheap. Do you offer touch up paint?

Knobs melted

Three months new and the knobs discolored and chipping. Knobs melted!! For the higher end of GE and as much as these stoves cost I would expect crème de de la crème but it was completely the opposite. Cafe I hope you can resolve this issue for me. It’s only right if you are about putting customer first.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In love with all my Cafe appliances!

I really love my GE Cafe cooktop. It looks beautiful and is roomy enough to use multiple burners at once. The grates are not slippery so you don’t need to worry about a pot or frying pan slipping off (a huge issue I had with my old cooktop!) and the BEST part is the stainless steel used on this is awesome. Literary so EASY to clean with no stresks left behind.
I would recommend this to a friend!
