Love it but…

I do love this cooktop although I’m a little shocked that it seems that the knobs are ‘melting’. Thought quality for Cafe series would have been better

Cooks beautifully

We’ve used it for a month and cranked out great results every day. Love the rapid-fire igniters and lights on the knobs to remind us which ones are on. The grill has lived up to our Lodge expectations.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Knobs melted

Three months new and the knobs discolored and chipping. Knobs melted!! For the higher end of GE and as much as these stoves cost I would expect crème de de la crème but it was completely the opposite. Cafe I hope you can resolve this issue for me. It’s only right if you are about putting customer first.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought the Cafe after reviewing all specs and reviews for kitchen renovation. Impressed with the 5 burners, low profile and control locations.

Stovetop looks and cooks great. The only minor issue I have is that certain larger pans can't be used on the front burner because they knock into the knobs.
