My Breville Sous Chef 16 Peel &Dice arrived last week. It was packed beautifully, and everything arrived in good order. It is a lot of machine and a lot if accessories, but packed very tidily into the storage container.
I have used it to peel potatoes, make salsa, make tomato sauce, and egg salad. Everything was done quickly and with ease all in uniform cutting with no messy outliers. I definitely recommend this product although it is very expensive. I expect this to be a lifetime purchase like my Vita Mix.

I never had a food processor before but I knew I needed one coming from a daily home cooker. This was the only piece of equipment i was missing. I didn’t want to buy a cheap food processor like ones my mother had to be replacing. So I did intensive research and I found this sous chef 16...omg it’s amazing it’s perfection. It cuts, slices, peels, sheds, purée and dices so perfectly. It does it all. I am very happy with my purchase I even bought the extra dicing kit and I can create beautiful fruits salad, veggie and so many things. And to say that I really use it everyday. I dnt know how I’ve spend my last 4 years of cooking without it. But my cooking has definitely elevated to another level.

No joking around, this Breville food processor is a real cut-up. We love it! Right out of the box my wife and I started making Pico de gallo, fancy cut vegetables, tenderly cutting cilantro and peeling potatoes. It's now a permanent counter top fixture. I'm impressed with the solid workings, the quiet running, precision fittings of the attachments, and the safety mechanism. For us, this machine has started to make eating fun again.
