The best food processor on the market. It makes food prep much, much faster and easier, plus cleanup is a breeze. It costs more but it takes the drudgery out of food prep and clean up and that is worth a lot to me. It is built to last.

My last Breville lasted over 12 years. This is a much improved model. The small bowl has a lip on it so food doesn't splash into the bigger bowl. There is a pulse option. Snaps together securely.

Breville customer service is excellent. Amanda assisted with preordering my food processor before they were back in stock, so it was shipped as soon as available. The food processor does a great job; my only criticism is that it doesn't make a large amount of yeast dough; it works best if dough is cut in half for the kneading process. It works great to peel potatoes!

Outstanding Peeling and dicing a daily used item

I was surprised to find a food processor that not only diced potatoes but peels them. The second thing I did when I received the Breville Sous Chef was to toss in a couple of potatoes and see how well it peeled. WOW! it did a great job. The is one of a couple of items on my counter that is used daily, if not many times. Don't know how I lived without this item.
