i am so happy i purchased this item. i used it for everything and cooking is so much faster. i love the potato peeler and the dicer. i'm still getting used to the other "julianne' or Juliette blade. forgot what that's called. i used the smaller container with the blade to chop hard chocolate so my kids can make hot chocolate. this is a very good appliance to have in your kitchen. i couldn't live without it. thanks Breville!.

This food processor makes prep a breeze. From pie dough and chopping or slicing the fruit for the filling to sunday gravy or salsa to making cheesecake. So versatile.... I really enjoy using it! Only wish parts were dishwasher safe.

I do a great deal of cooking and the Breville Sous Chef has made all of it easier. I spend significantly less time slicing and dicing and it is done with a great deal more precision. I especially love the adjustable slicer, to be able to consistently slice vegetables to the exact thickness I need and be able to adjust it precisely is wonderful.
