I cannot believe that I waited so long to purchase a grownup food processor. As of yet, there is nothing that I do not like about it.
To date, I have peeled & diced potatoes, peeled & shredded potatoes in 3 minutes, grated cheese, sliced vegetables, whisked cream for whipped cream, chopped various items. I just love the time that it saves me. My favorite actions are grating cheese & whisking.
It is on the larger side, but well worth Making it work even in my small kitchen. It is my favorite kitchen appliance in my lifetime, so far.

I've had this unit for a little over a month and have taken most of the discs for a test drive. So far, it's performed beautifully. I replaced my Cuisinart DC8 because the motor just wasn't cutting it anymore. Whether that's because I was stressing it more or it was just wearing out, I don't know. My first Cuisinart lasted for over 25 years - got it as a wedding present in 1980 and replaced it in 2005 when the. motor gave out. Second one only made it 18 years. This Breville machine has all the makings of a life-long friend. I'll write another review in a year or two and let you know how it's holding up.

I bought this product about two months ago and I am thrilled with it. 25 seconds and 7 potatoes are peeled and ready to cook…amazing! I gave up on food processors because they did not deliver. But I saw this one demonstrated and I took a chance and it does every thing it claims! The dicing function is great… even cut vegetables in seconds! The extra cost is worth it.

Loved that the motor is so strong. Making lemon grass paste was a breeze. If only there's a glass or stainless steel option so there's no stain or smell & plus definitely a better/safer alternative for foods. Using tumeric stains the plastics & that sucks. But overall, does the job well. If this came in glass or stainless steel, I would give it 5 stars all the way. Just disappointed that my beautiful bowl is stained & it just looks ugly. Been trying to order replacement bowls but it's always been out of stock.
