Great machine. Functions as described. Great quality and super sharp blades. Chopping is super easy, everything it's super easy with this machine. The only thing is cleaning, but with all the time saved by the machine, cleaning is just not as fast.

I am so impressed with every Breville appliance I own. The Sous Chef was no exception. I've used it several times since purchasing it a few weeks ago and I am so impressed with how quickly and effortlessly it chops, peels, etc. I live in a small apartment, so the only downside is it does take up quite a bit of counter space and the storage box for all of the attachments is quite large.

I bought the higher feature version (Peel & Dice) knowing that we would probably mostly only use the simplest features of slicing, etc. but wanted to have all of the features just in case. We are so pleased with the quality of this processor compared to the Kitchen Aid we had for 20+ years! This is one of those "LIFETIME" type of purchases.
