The Breville cut potatoes so quick. I have also seen it peel potatoes as well. I don’t have to cut potatoes with my dull knife or even a sharper one. All I have to do is drop it in, and it slices them. After that, I can either grind them up for pancakes or use them to sauté. I also bought the other two blades that do not come with it for fruit salad and salsa. I just thought either get it all or get nothing. I am happy with the product and I do recommend it. Just seeing the potatoes peel action is amazing. When you get it watch the YouTube.

I am so thankful after my research I chose this food processor. Everything works properly. I am a cooking lady and this wonder save me a lot's of time in my kitchen. One thing what I really regret that, I did not get it earlier. I would give more than a 5 star.

This is third food processor I’ve owned and the only one I’ve truly loved using. It has been a work horse compared to the other machines I’ve owned, and I didn’t use them nearly as much. The machine is a bit larger, so if you’re planning to keep it on counter where there are overhead cabinets, you’ll want to check measurements. And the storage unit for the extra discs is quite large but I’m able to store that in a pull-out drawer so it doesn’t take up extra counter space. Third Breville appliance I’ve owned with no regrets!

We hesitated a bit buying the Sous Chef because of the price but after reading countless reviews and watching many videos, we decided to take the plunge. We also bought the dicing kit to give us more options. We do not regret it. We absolutely love this food processor and all the attachments. We use it almost every day for one task or another. It is very powerful, super-fast and is easy to clean. There is a bit of a learning curve to it. My wife, who stayed completely out of the kitchen before, now enjoys doing all the prep work of slicing, dicing, chopping and grating, which is a huge help for me. It is also nice to have company in the kitchen.

I love this processor. I purchased this based on several video demonstrations and it hasn’t disappointed at all. The potato peeler is what I use most and at 25 seconds to peel it is a time saver. I have used the dicer for potatoes and carrots and soup turns out beautifully with consistency in cooking. The French fry cutter is one of the better cutters available. I have made perfect potato chips with the blade that allows you to adjust thickness. Coleslaw , salads are all handled easily with this machine. It’s easy to clean and the storage unit for all the blade accessories makes this easy to reach for and store on the countertop. I know once an appliance goes in a cabinet it might as well go in a yard sale bin. This one looks great and is one of my most used.

This is a beast. Powerful, huge capacity, an unimaginable amount of food prep capabilities, and easy clean. I mean, what more could you ask for. Very happy with this. Yes, it is expensive. Yes, it does take up a fair amount of room. But this machine ups your cooking abilities by a lot.
