The MVP of my kitchen

I'm a major kitchen gadget aficionado, and I have high standards for my home kitchen. Let's just say that I may have hugged this food processor (the blades were safely put away at the time ;) This is such an impressive, well-designed machine and holds up the excellent Breville reputation I've come to expect. I've successfully made French fries, tricky bread and cookie doughs, and more in it. I'm looking forward to making quick work of our summer garden vegetables when it's time to process and can those. Overall, great appliance!

Best small appliance I own

Just hit "add to cart" now. This does everything but clean up after itself.
It's the quietest food processor I've ever owned.
Precise - I love how nicely my veggies come out when slicing or dicing. Literally perfect and saves me boatloads of time.
Tons of accessories. So many I haven't used them all yet (peeler, julienne, and fry cutter).
Did I tell you how perfectly it dices veggies? Even tomatoes!
Sturdy - this machine is well built and anticipating it will last a heck of a long time!
We get excited every single time we use this machine. I've sold countless friends on the purchase as well. At first they're a little hesitant as it's not cheap but once they've used it, they sing it's praises. Highly recommend this purchase.
