I have had the machine about 3-4 weeks now. I have used it a number of times. It definitely cuts down greatly on prep time. The only thing negative that happened so far was when I tried to use the smaller container inside the main container. Even though I did not have a lot of liquid in there it splashed up everywhere and went into the main container negating the benefit of using the insert. All in all, I am really happy with it so far.
