Like the food processor, however the 8mm dicing blade should have been included or as a option to choose 8mm dicing blade. that was a bummer.

This is by far the absolute best food processor I have ever owned. I was drawn to it because of the dicing feature. I thought if that didn't work well then it still has a lot of other features. When it arrived my husband was so excited to try the dicer. So we did a test and WOW it is amazing. He wants to dice everything now. This machine has cut food prep time down by more than half. What used to take 20 minutes to prep now takes about 5 minutes at the most.The motor is so quiet on this machine. It is made very well. It feels like it is a commercial processor. I have told everyone about how amazing this machine is. If you are debating making this purchase, just do it. You will not be disappointed.

We adore this machine! We read many reviews before purchasing, and the Breville Sous Chef 16 Peel and Dice fully lived up to all thee good things we heard. Our previous food processor's motor gave out and wasn't very powerful. This machine has power and feels unstoppable! We love all the featurre and options it has. The only feature I prefer doing by hand is whipping cream. I find the texture of the cream different from the Breville than when it's done by hand. It's amazingly fast, though, and when there's a mountain of work to do, this thing 'cuts' through it in no time. Thanks for making such a useful, sturdy, reliable product. The saying,"'They don't make 'em like they used to," doesn't apply to this.

Inadequate documentation

I love everything EXCEPT the manual does NOT show how to put the dicer blade and the peeler back into the holder. I was a technical writer/manager for 20 years and i would have FIRED the writer who neglected to show this. I am not the only user with this problem. The manual I got shows these parts going into a separate holder, but mine go into a holder beneath the main storage unit. ARGH!!!!

It’s working well, but I wish I had taken a photo of the parts in the container before using it. Even with the pieces labeled I’m not sure that I put them back in right. I also am a little overwhelmed with so many parts.

I am not a chef, but this food processor runs circles around every other food processor out there. It is an amazing machine that has power to spare and the precision of a Swiss watch. The ONLY thing that would have made our purchase any better is if the machine had also come with the dicing attachment to make Pico De Gallo as standard, instead of an additional purchase.
