I love love love this machine. If the instructions were a little easier it would be beyond perfect. I think the potato peeling ability is the most overlooked features! I can't wait to do more with this thing!!

After using many food processors over the last 30 years I can say that the Breville Sous Chief Peel & Dice is by far the best I have ever owned. I have yet tried all the great capabilities but I have no doubt that it will surpass my highest expectations. Unlike most things manufactured today, Breville is building products to last the test of time. It is well worth the cost because I know this will be the last food processor I will own.

Just got my breville sous chef 16 peel and dice!

Wow! What a machine. I tried shredding cheese and dicing onions as my first use. Great results. Did cut my self so watch out for those sharp blades. Beats my previous processors all to pieces!
Wish they had directions on repacking the dicing implements. I struggled getting the pieces back into the tray.
This machine replaces all my kitchenaide mixer add ons. So far I am very happy with this purchase and know it will last for many many years.

Great idea, bad bowl.

Received my machine and extra dicing units. The small bowl developed cracks after one use on Tzaziki.
I need a new small bowl. Have had no success so far contacting Breville about this issue.
Other than that, mind your fingers, those blades are auper sharp and it is a dream.
Bowls ahould be airplane-quality Lexan and warranted far (much) longer. Customer service should answer their phones.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wow! What a machine

My last food processor finally died after a long 12 years. It was good; however, this machine is way beyond my expectations. I got the added dicing kit after using the set that came with machine to make it even more versatile. I can't believe it, but actually use this almost on a daily basis. The dicing method if the best feature. I love how you can adjust your slicing thickness to what you want without having so many blades. The shredder can do anything! From fresh veggies from the garden to cheeses. It kneads beautifully. I'm planning on trying the potato peeler this weekend. I'm positive it'll be as great as everything else I've used. Oh! I''ve had this for 8 months now, I'm sure it'll be years and years before it needs replacing. Pricey, but I always say you get what you pay for and I sure did with this machine. Well worth the money.

I love all the features this processor offers. I've peeled potatoes, cubes potatoes for salad, made dressings, sliced cabage for cole slaw, made hummus, pureed, shredded and diced. It really makes kitchen prep so fast. It also cleans up quickly and doesn't have a bunch of nooks and cranies where food can hide. I highly recommend investing in this machine.

My favorite kitchen toy! I use it for so many things. It is easy to clean. At first I was overwhelmed with the number of attachments. My family is thrilled with my investment in this. It has saved me so much time and energy. From using it as a mandolin for many fruits and vegetables to the beautiful fruit salad with the dicer I could not be happier! The grater sizes and chopping are excellent with the power that is unlike my former machine.
